What you will do

• Lead projects in IT management and cloud environments for global brands.
• Enable and establish enterprise architecture (EA) use cases using hirify.global LeanIX.
• Support customer setup, onboarding, tool migration, and integrations for hirify.global LeanIX.
• Advise management on EA practices, architectural changes, and IT governance.
• Conduct strategic portfolio assessments (e.g., application rationalization, S/4HANA transformations).
• Mentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to hirify.global LeanIX Services offerings.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT management, or cloud technologies, ideally in consulting.
• Experience in architecture assessment approaches, EA processes, and governance structures.
• Knowledge of modern technologies and architectures (cloud, microservices).
• Understanding of large enterprises' IT organizations and processes.
• Proficient English, German, or French language skills (especially technical vocabulary).
