Product Manager (Iot Hardware)

Product Manager (IoT Hardware): Researching wildlife observation products market, collecting user feedback and evaluating new technologies with accent on optics, thermal imaging, AI analytics and IoT sensors. Focus on generating product concepts, preparing technical requirements and testing new technical solutions.

Location: Onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 3700-4400 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes

What you will do

• Research the wildlife observation products market, technological trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users and partners to identify needs, use cases, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate new technologies (optics, thermal imaging, AI analytics, IoT sensors) and assess their applicability to future products.
• Generate product concepts and initiate testing with target user groups.
• Prepare technical requirements, functionality definitions, and competitive advantages for new products.
• Participate in exhibitions, presentations, and provide product-related technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product management (preferably related to optical, thermal imaging, or wildlife/bird observation and hunting technologies).
• Ability to analyze markets, competition, and user needs.
• Experience in product testing, prototype evaluation, and technical assessment.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to develop and validate hypotheses.
• Lithuanian: at least B2
• English: at least B2
• Russian: at least B2
