What you will do

• Lead multiple Scrum teams or a complex, high-impact squad.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile and Scrum principles.
• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies.
• Remove, manage, or escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement using data (velocity, flow, predictability).
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and value prioritisation.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile practices.
• Proven experience coaching high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in regulated industries (banking, financial services, insurance).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services / retail or investment banking.
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Agile certifications (PSM II, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Technical understanding of cloud, APIs, data, or core banking platforms.
