What you will do

• Drive one or more Scrum teams, achieve iteration goals, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Collect, define, and convert business/product objectives into technical requirements and backlog tasks.
• Create clear and concise requirements documentation (diagrams, UML, BPMN).
• Prepare a technical backlog with developers, participate in iteration planning, and manage the issues lifecycle.
• Own across the lifecycle of a feature from concept through launch, analysis, and optimization phases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience managing product backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs.
• Experience writing product and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of agile software development principles; Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Draw.io.
• Ability to analyze data and user behavior to inform design decisions.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
