What you will do
- Coordinate teams and ensure the execution of assigned tasks.
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, considering risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Manage priorities, including identification, communication, and planning with internal and external product teams.
- Align technical aspects with architects, developers, technical management, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor task progress, analyze, and provide reports.
- Maintain project documentation and technical requirements.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT project management as a technical Project Manager.
- High level of organization, leadership qualities, and proactivity.
- Analytical, systematic, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with releases involving multiple teams simultaneously.
- Understanding of the full SDLC and Secure SDLC.
- Experience with BPMN and proficiency in using diagramming tools.
- Knowledge and experience in using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and principles of classical project management.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to find compromises with stakeholders, obtain, and clarify all necessary information.
- English: Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience working on projects with stable releases and real users.
- Experience working in a product company.
- Basic understanding of clouds, components of complex systems (Backend, Frontend, infrastructure).
- Basic understanding of current legal challenges (GDPR/CCPA-CPRA).
- Basic understanding of security standards/certifications (PCI DSS/ISO27k).
