What you will do

• Coordinate teams and ensure the execution of assigned tasks.
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans, considering risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Manage priorities, including identification, communication, and planning with internal and external product teams.
• Align technical aspects with architects, developers, technical management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor task progress, analyze, and provide reports.
• Maintain project documentation and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT project management as a technical Project Manager.
• High level of organization, leadership qualities, and proactivity.
• Analytical, systematic, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with releases involving multiple teams simultaneously.
• Understanding of the full SDLC and Secure SDLC.
• Experience with BPMN and proficiency in using diagramming tools.
• Knowledge and experience in using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and principles of classical project management.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to find compromises with stakeholders, obtain, and clarify all necessary information.
• English: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working on projects with stable releases and real users.
• Experience working in a product company.
• Basic understanding of clouds, components of complex systems (Backend, Frontend, infrastructure).
• Basic understanding of current legal challenges (GDPR/CCPA-CPRA).
• Basic understanding of security standards/certifications (PCI DSS/ISO27k).
