What you will do

• Plan and produce the full content/courses cycle.
• Create structures, specifications, and briefs; decompose content.
• Coordinate the work of writers, methodologists, designers, editors, and other specialists.
• Control quality: logic, structure, depth, clarity, TOV.
• Research topics, analyze competitors, markets, and formats; propose ideas and improvements.
• Build processes, checklists, templates in Notion/Jira.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in roles such as Content Producer / Content Lead / Course Producer / Content PM.
• Experience in creating courses and large end-to-end content products.
• Experience with digital products (apps, EdTech, creative agencies).
• Strong skills in structuring, building content architecture, analytics, and content taste.
• High level of English (working with English-language content).
