What you will do

• Direct and implement high-quality Character Cosmetics for characters and items.
• Communicate and partner with Concept Art, Character Team, Rigging, and Animation departments to develop workflows and assets.
• Create character art from concept art and reference materials, adapting to project style.
• Communicate, support, and provide feedback on work from External Vendors.
• Implement content fully in-engine, ensuring smooth operation on all platforms.
• Train and unblock outsourcing partners, provide best practices/samples, and support production schedules.

Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Unreal, Substance Painter, Maya, Zbrush.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a mind for problem-solving large-scale asset management and pipeline inefficiencies.
• Solid grasp of game feel, design affordances, and visual shape/color language.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with natural curiosity for the bigger picture.
• Shipping experience required (live service project experience preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk Flow Production for Tracking and Confluence.
