What you will do

• Support end-to-end photo and video production, assisting with planning, scheduling, and essential project documents.
• Manage logistics by supporting bookings for crew, equipment, models, and locations, and keeping partners aligned.
• Assist with on-set operations, helping with workflows, timekeeping, and quick problem-solving to keep shoots on track.
• Maintain in-house props storage and studio readiness through structured inventory and organization.
• Help with creative preparation by supporting the process of building references, moodboards, and storyboards.
• Get hands-on practice in small internal productions, gradually taking ownership of low-complexity photo shoots.

Requirements

• Bring a basic understanding of photo and video workflows, plus a strong interest in planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Benefit from familiarity with editing or post-production tools.
• Hold a driving license (B).
• Speak German at a native level.
• Speak English at B-level.
• Be available for a 6–12 month internship.
