What you will do

• Create compelling pitches including rough concepts for individual cosmetics and campaigns covering characters, environments, and props.
• Stay informed about visual trends or styles in gaming and pop culture, applying insights to create fresh and engaging ideas.
• Provide feedback and guide other concept artists and outsourcing teams to ensure consistency with the project's art direction.
• Communicate and partner with Art, Narrative, and Design departments to develop concepts that translate well into gameplay and animation.
• Create exploration sketches in 2D, mood boards, and Storyboards to communicate ideas.

Requirements

• Passion for designing environments and bringing characters to life with the goal of creating great player experiences.
• Experience working with external vendors and providing feedback.
• Experience in games designing main characters, props, and environments.
• Experience working on live-ops games, especially those with high-volume content.
• Ability to quickly iterate on ideas visually.
• Understanding of anatomy, creature, and character design.
• Strong illustration skills, deep understanding of composition, color theory, values, form, shape language, and silhouette.
• English: B2 required
