What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of influencer campaigns from planning through reporting, ensuring smooth, on-brand execution across platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, talent agents, and influencer partners, negotiating terms and managing communications.
• Collaborate with senior team members and clients to define objectives and co-develop influencer strategies that deliver value and creativity.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to align influencer content with overall campaign goals and timelines.
• Handle briefs, contracts, tracking calendars, content approvals, and performance reporting using tools.
• Stay updated with platform updates, creator trends, and cultural shifts to suggest relevant talent and proactive campaign ideas.

Requirements

• Experience in managing mid-scale influencer campaigns.
• Experience in developing talent relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English & German.
• Experience with campaign management tools like CIQ.
• Ability to support strategic planning.
