Location: Based in Dallas, TX. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite work three days per week and remote work the remaining days for candidates residing within 45 miles of an office or a specified location. The role is part of the US Sales Team.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing accounts in your territory.
- Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns and SDR teams through closure.
- Own the market in your territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances.
- Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and conduct prospecting efforts.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and advise on appropriate hirify.global products.
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or identity sales in the region.
- 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts is preferred.
- Strong territory planning and sales methodology focus.
- Ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota and growing the business.
- Experience with Large Enterprise customers in the region.
