What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional mobile team to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Gather, structure, and manage product requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and feature specifications.
• Lead and facilitate refinement sessions to present product requirements and ensure clarity for the development team.
• Use business modeling tools to visualize complex flows and system behavior.
• Contribute to improving BA processes and standards within the BA stream.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including backend.
• Product mindset and ability to think in terms of business value and user needs.
• Experience with В2С product with a large number of users or mobile apps.
• English level — Upper Intermediate.
• Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Perfect communication and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of A/B testing principles.
• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Figma.
