What you will do

• Support the strategic and tactical operations of Dev Ops, Live Ops, and other technical groups.
• Drive clarity with Agile rituals in concert with the studio’s broader production design.
• Support producers, engineers, QA, and release managers to triage and escalate issues in support of stable software development and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in dev and live ops processes.
• Coordinate with publishing production to understand and meet platform partner needs.
• Partner closely with the Executive Producer to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with strong applied technical knowledge.
• At least five years in Production, Development, or Project Manager roles within live service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a ‘how can I help’ approach.
• Excellent project management skills, specifically with dev ops and release frameworks.
• Experience working with live releases and first party certification frameworks.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English.
• JIRA and Confluence expertise, with experience using metrics to drive improvement.
• Experience working with different production methodologies.
