What you will do

• Assist in executing service delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs, report progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery processes and resolve issues.
• Provide support during client interactions to address concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service delivery documentation, including reports and client-facing materials.
• Contribute to process improvements and service delivery optimization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in service delivery or a related field.
• Ability to assist in service performance analysis and issue resolution.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams and clients.
• English application required.
