What you will do

• Execute service delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
• Monitor service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reporting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and resolve issues.
• Provide client support, helping to address concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service delivery documentation, including reports and records.
• Contribute to process improvements and service delivery optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in service delivery or a related field.
• Ability to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
• Capability to engage with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate service delivery documentation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing service quality.
