What you will do

• Own the overall quality strategy for the modernization program (manual + automation).
• Lead QA activities across frontend (Blazor), backend (.NET services), API, and integrations.
• Build and maintain automated UI/API tests using Playwright (C#) and other relevant tools.
• Support manual testing for legacy modules and new functionality until automation coverage is mature.
• Define QA processes, test standards, templates, and best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with developers to shift testing earlier in the lifecycle and ensure testability of new features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation) with strong experience in web and API testing.
• Hands-on test automation experience using Playwright (with .Net and Typescript).
• Solid understanding of .NET applications, including legacy ASP.NET and modern .NET Core/8–10 stacks.
• Experience testing WebForms UIs and modern frameworks such as Blazor.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and structured testing methodologies.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive QA improvements across the team.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools (k6, JMeter).
• Experience testing microservices, event-driven systems, or cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to Blazor-specific testing strategies (component testing, state validation).
