What you will do

• Drive AI-powered concept development across campaigns, pitches and brand narratives.
• Develop storylines, moods and visual worlds that merge traditional production thinking with advanced AI workflows.
• Combine AI generation with classic editing, photography, design or motion techniques to deliver refined, execution-ready results.
• Test, refine and introduce new AI tools across image, video, 3D assistance and ideation workflows.
• Partner with other creatives to shape ideas and push AI-driven creative directions independently.
• Take an active role in shaping hirify.global’s AI standards and continuously moving the topic forward through knowledge sharing, team enablement and new ideas.

• Lead Creative Vision: Drive AI-powered concept development across campaigns, pitches and brand narratives.
• Shape Visual Direction: Develop storylines, moods and visual worlds that merge traditional production thinking with advanced AI workflows.
• Produce Hybrid Outputs: Combine AI generation with classic editing, photography, design or motion techniques to deliver refined, execution-ready results that go beyond “AI-only” looks.
• Translate Ideas into Reality: Turn early concepts into finished, high-quality outputs with autonomy, precision and strong creative judgment.
