What you will do
- Lead the design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and quality assurance teams for seamless integration and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring scalable, reliable, and performant solutions.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Continuously assess and improve engineering processes, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in .NET Core APIs, C#, and Angular applications.
- Strong understanding of relational (SQL Server/Azure SQL) or non-relational (Cosmos DB/MongoDB) databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud-native solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault).
- Experience with microservices architecture and leading system architecture for major subsystems.
Nice to have
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-204).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman).
