What you will do

• Lead the design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and quality assurance teams for seamless integration and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring scalable, reliable, and performant solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Continuously assess and improve engineering processes, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in .NET Core APIs, C#, and Angular applications.
• Strong understanding of relational (SQL Server/Azure SQL) or non-relational (Cosmos DB/MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault).
• Experience with microservices architecture and leading system architecture for major subsystems.

Nice to have

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-204).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman).
