What you will do
- Engage with customers to discover business use cases and align enablement strategies with revenue goals.
- Lead end-to-end SaaS platform implementations and program delivery ensuring value realization and adoption.
- Design enablement programs with analytics, change management, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, product, and marketing teams to drive customer success.
- Maintain project documentation and stay updated on platform capabilities and enablement trends.
Requirements
- Must be located in Pune, India and comfortable working US shift hours
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in SaaS consulting, enablement, or professional services roles.
- 2+ years in customer-facing SaaS implementation or enablement strategy roles.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in SaaS configuration, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in revenue enablement, RevOps, or management consulting.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, change management, and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like hirify.global, Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
