TL;DR

Technical Success Manager II (Observability): Driving customer adoption and value realization for enterprise clients with an accent on platform consumption and technical relationship management. Focus on guiding customers through onboarding, ensuring committed usage levels, and supporting business case development for new opportunities.

Location: Sydney, Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What you will do

  • Guide customers to initial committed consumption by understanding needs, monitoring adoption, and driving usage.
  • Lead personalized training sessions and create resources to empower users to fully leverage hirify.global solutions.
  • Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans tied to value and outcomes, overseeing milestones and addressing deviations.
  • Utilize insights from customer interactions and data to contribute valuable information for business reviews.
  • Proactively engage with customers to mitigate churn risks and demonstrate ongoing value.
  • Build strong connections with technical stakeholders, understand their challenges, and advocate for them.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Certified), and/or Observability Platforms.
  • Solid understanding or hands-on experience with a programming language such as Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node, Python, or SQL scripting.
  • Proven success in a customer-facing technical role (Pre-Sales/Post-Sales), such as Principal Technical Support or Solutions Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach to customer challenges with a commitment to customer success.

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer success and sales frameworks (MEDDPICC).
