What you will do

• Act as a business partner for the EMEA Sales management team, driving strategic initiatives to improve performance and standardization.
• Proactively provide insightful sales metrics at EMEA and lower levels to support the achievement of sales targets.
• Gather and analyze data to understand sales organization issues and address them proactively.
• Prepare materials and support regular “run-the-business" monitoring & meetings.
• Support the annual planning process for Sales teams, including sales territories definition and yearly targets calculation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience within a Technology company (ideally SaaS) or a Strategy or Tech Consulting firm.
• Analytical mindset and ability to generate insights from quantitative analyses.
• Ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders with effective communication skills.
• Salesforce experience is required.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills.
