Location: Hybrid, requiring placement in **Bali or Jakarta**

What you will do

  • Achieve hiring goals and targets for the business.
  • Expand candidate sourcing channels and develop fast screening processes.
  • Promote teamwork by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem-solving skills.
  • Understand current recruitment trends and the hiring market to identify and mitigate business impact.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to generate and track metrics and data.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
  • Min. 3 years work experience in Talent Acquisition (recruitment agencies or inhouse).
  • English: Fluent spoken & written required.
  • Demonstrated high-quality communication skills, including the STAR technique.
  • Proven ability to manage different stakeholders and create meaningful conversations.
  • Highly organized in managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • A team player who understands shared responsibility and success.
