🚀We are looking for a creative strategist to manage and grow our brand presence across global platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Content: Develop scripts, storyboards, and high-conversion copy.
🔹Production: Brief design teams and manage publishing across IG, TikTok, YT, and Pinterest.
🔹Trends: Research culture/memes and adapt them to our Tone of Voice.
🔹Analytics: Track ER, CTR, and reach; perform competitor benchmarking.
Requirements:
🔸1–3+ years in SMM or Digital Marketing.
🔸Proven track record with commercial accounts.
🔸Deep understanding of platform algorithms.
🔸Ability to create actionable briefs for freelancers/designers.
🔸English C1+(written & spoken); Russian C2+
Nice to have:
➕Experience in international markets, Edutainment, or Children’s products.
