Solutions Consultant II (Pre-sales): Responsible for understanding client business challenges and technical environments through deep discovery, presenting technology solutions, and driving technical wins for the hirify.global platform. Focus on developing, positioning, and providing product-centric and value-centric solutions during sales cycles, while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

What you will do
- Be the Technical Lead for hirify.global prospects and customers, owning the technical strategic direction in the account.
- Partner with Sales Account Executives to generate new revenue by taking technical ownership of opportunities.
- Lead value and solution discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and needs.
- Create compelling Technical Proofs through demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and business value assets.
- Develop and successfully execute proof-of-concept and pilot engagements aligned to customer business metrics.
- Directly contribute to achieving revenue goals for the assigned respective territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience and/or in similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience and understanding of monitoring and observability, including AWS, GCP, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps.
- Familiarity with logging, data analytics, and visualization technologies.
- Development experience in one or more of Java, .NET, Ruby, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, or React.
- Clear understanding of cloud architecture, networking, Infrastructure as Code, and serverless computing.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong balance of sales, business, and technical acumen.
Nice to have
- Experience with open source technologies including Prometheus, Grafana, Opencensus, and ELK.
- Experience working with enterprise customers across various industry verticals like Digital Natives, ECommerce/Retail, Healthcare, Telco, and Financial Services.
- Willingness to travel.
