What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year finance technology roadmap.
• Oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimization of all finance technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite).
• Identify and drive significant process efficiencies and automation opportunities within the finance function.
• Own the finance technology and process readiness for all new product launches and feature monetization.
• Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning to transform core finance and customer-facing processes.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of systems analysts, process engineers, and project managers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading global Finance Technology organizations.
• Mandatory technical expertise in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce QTC platforms.
• Deep experience designing and maintaining scalable architectures across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report domains.
• Expertise in emerging technology integration, including RPA, APIs, and AI/ML.
• Mastery in establishing robust financial controls, data integrity protocols, and SOX compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems required.
