What you will do

• Provide onsite support and troubleshoot M365 applications (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams) post-migration.
• Assist users with client configuration, profile setup, and authentication issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks affecting M365 services.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Document recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in M365 Administration & Troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online & Administration, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams Support.
• Valid US work authorization is required.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Ability to travel heavily across different states (at least once per week).
