What you will do
- Provide onsite support and troubleshoot M365 applications (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams) post-migration.
- Assist users with client configuration, profile setup, and authentication issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks affecting M365 services.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document recurring issues for continuous improvement.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in M365 Administration & Troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online & Administration, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams Support.
- Valid US work authorization is required.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to travel heavily across different states (at least once per week).
