What you will do

• Build, review, and test code repos.
• Add comments and suggest changes to existing repos.
• Create engaging and challenging coding questions.
• Design real-world, developer-centric coding questions that go beyond textbook algorithms.
• Write clear, concise problem statements with sample input/output, constraints, and detailed solution explanations.
• Provide clean, production-style reference solutions and test cases.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in one or more languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, Angular, Django, SpringBoot, or C++).
• 5+ years of experience with building production code.
• Hands-on experience with real-world software development (not just competitive programming).
• Excellent ability to break down technical problems and communicate clearly.
• Prior experience creating coding questions, tutorials, or assessments is a big plus.
• Familiarity with industry practices like APIs, databases, system design, or code optimization.
