TL;DR

Sr. M365 Migration Specialist: Providing onsite support for end-users post-M365 migration, troubleshooting issues related to email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams with an accent on client configuration and network-related blocks. Focus on resolving authentication issues, escalating complex problems, and maintaining security compliance.

Location: Heavy travel involved across different states (at least 1 per week). Provide onsite support to end-users.

Salary: $114,000 to $133,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Assist users with client configuration, profile setup, and authentication issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.

Requirements

• Experience with Email (Exchange Online), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams and other M365 apps
• Experience with Client configuration (Outlook, OneDrive sync, Teams setup).
• Experience with Profile setup and authentication issues.
• Ability to Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services.
