What you will do
- Ensure flawless campaign production with rigorous QA.
- Personalize at scale using behavioral and lifecycle signals.
- Plan & ship lifecycle campaigns across various channels.
- Support the experimentation roadmap for CRM channels.
- Manage the comms calendar for weekly email newsletters.
- Design and improve automated journeys across onboarding, activation, and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, STEM or related field.
- 2-3 years related work experience.
- Experience with Customer.io or other email systems and managing multichannel CRM campaigns.
- Working understanding of HTML + Liquid.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to flawless execution.
- SQL knowledge with the ability to independently pull data and generate reports.
