What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple implementation projects focusing on time, scope, and budget.
• Communicate project plans, progress, and status updates to internal staff and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and partners for streamlined product implementation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Maintain internal applications for implementation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Consultant.
• Heavy experience managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously with little oversight.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence within Voice and Digital channels.
• Contact Center Industry experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing implementations of hirify.global or other VoIP Call Center solutions (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Aspect).
• Bilingual (English and French).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally, nationally, and internationally (valid passport required).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaaS CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite).
• One or more certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Kanban related.
