Salary: $145,200—$220,000 USD (San Francisco, New York, Seattle); $130,900—$217,800 USD (Washington DC, Texas, Colorado)

What you will do

• Report directly to the Head of Business Operations (BizOps), Public Sector.
• Drive results using business analytics, strategic thinking, operational execution, and project/program management.
• Tackle ambiguous questions to support high-priority outcomes, engaging with engineering, analytics, and product management teams.
• Mature key business processes and innovate on new systems, iterating on solutions and handing them off to the appropriate team member.
• Craft strategies to propel public sector operations growth and organizational evolution.
• Identify cross-project blind spots across customer programs and improve operational approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting with operational, strategic, and cross-functional work.
• Experience in product, project, or program management.
• Strong data analysis skills and quick iteration for delivering results.
• Outcome-oriented with a history of being resourceful.
• Easygoing interpersonal style and ability to build relationships.
• Experience leading small teams and managing multiple, complex work streams.
• Deep intellectual curiosity about AI and machine learning, particularly in national security applications.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant technical degree.
• Experience using Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
• Background in intelligence work and working with the U.S. government.
• Previous private sector experience in computer vision, GenAI applications/agents, or similar technologies.
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
