What you will do

• Lead the functional delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating workshops and solution design discussions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of functional components of software projects within scope and budget.
• Manage and mentor functional delivery managers, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Implement best practices in functional delivery, including Agile methodologies and continuous feedback loops.
• Identify and mitigate functional delivery risks, ensuring functional testing and validation align with business expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in a functional leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
