What you will do

• Maintain and optimize dbt models and Snowflake SQL for performance and reliability.
• Manage version-controlled analytics projects using Git.
• Support and improve GitLab and Jira data ingestion, including API validation with Python.
• Develop new API-based ingestion pipelines using the API Framework.
• Troubleshoot ingestion failures and ensure consistent, high-quality data delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while operating as an independent contributor.

Requirements

• Strong experience with dbt, Snowflake, and advanced SQL query optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and version-controlled analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer & Server.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and ingestion patterns.
• Proficiency in Python for data validation, API troubleshooting, and automation.
• Fluent communication skills and ability to work independently.
