What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for banking products.
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering, UX, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across retail, corporate, and digital banking functions.
• Ensure products comply with banking regulations, security standards, and risk guidelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of banking products such as payments, accounts, lending, cards, or digital channels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to translate complex banking requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital banking platforms or core banking systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (KYC, AML, data privacy).
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern banking architectures.
