Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 USD (OTE compensation range)

What you will do

  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with a focus on in-house client relationships.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to your sales plan.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy, assess potential business deals, network, and forecast sales effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process.
  • Experience selling cross-format solutions.
  • Highly motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and superior analytical skills.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments.
  • English: B2+ required.
