Salary: $42,642–$63,963, plus 10% bonus potential.

What you will do

• Provide global connectivity support for clients and partners.
• Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot API connections between clients and OTAs.
• Become an expert in hirify.global's platform features and API integrations.
• Create product mappings for seamless booking integration.
• Manage inbound requests, prioritize tasks, and resolve API errors.
• Educate clients on API best practices and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years customer support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of urgency and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a culturally diverse work environment.
• Independent worker with a high level of maturity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with API connections.
• Ability to interpret common programming languages such as JSON.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French.
