Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions within your defined territory to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Manage Mid-Market accounts (organizations with less than 3,000 mailboxes) from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with Mid-Market accounts to build sufficient sales pipeline for targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion sale opportunities.
  • Act as a customer/prospect advocate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing) to prioritize actions for revenue closure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity.
  • 4 years in an individual contributor sales role.
  • Must be authorized to work and be based in the USA.
  • Disciplined pipeline generation across various channels (prospecting, marketing, referrals, partners).
  • Strong ability to qualify needs and present ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
  • Execution of a repeatable sales process with focus and time management.
  • Effective navigation of internal and customer buying processes.
  • Ability to gather and apply customer insights to improve execution.
  • Thrives in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Nice to have

  • MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale sales methodology training.
