What you will do

• Provide Connectivity support for hirify.global clients and partners globally.
• Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot API connections between clients and OTAs.
• Create product mappings within the hirify.global dashboard for seamless bookings.
• Manage inbound requests regarding API integrations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Act as a liaison to research, solve, and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Prioritize and complete inbound tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years customer support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of urgency and ownership.
• Experience working in a culturally diverse work environment.
• Independent worker with a high level of maturity.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with API connections.
• Ability to interpret common programming languages such as JSON.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or French.
