What you will do
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals.
- Translate high-level vision into actionable development tasks, collaborating with Product Managers.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements, working closely with engineering teams.
- Serve as the Scrum Master for two teams, facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Take ownership of delivery timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role in a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Proven ability to context switch and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of the delivery process, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
- A people-first mindset, with a strong ability to empower teams and remove impediments.
Nice to have
- Scrum or Agile certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
