Salary: $80,800–$109,300 AUD

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute field and digital marketing activities, including trade shows, webinars, partner activations, and regional campaigns with a demand-generation focus.
• Utilize data and local market knowledge to shape campaign strategy, refine messaging, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align goals and deliver multi-channel projects across APAC.
• Contribute to customer stories, case studies, and tailored content to highlight the impact of hirify.global’s solutions.
• Adapt and execute on new opportunities and challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns within APAC or multi-market environments.
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Hands-on experience coordinating marketing campaigns, webinars, or events.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence in using data to optimize performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to tailor messaging for regional audiences.
• Proven project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Looker.
• Legal industry knowledge and/or experience.
