What you will do
- Build, manage, and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, agencies, publishers).
- Work internally with hirify.global teams to grow RTB Revenue, launching and troubleshooting campaigns.
- Help build the business by creating campaign briefs and providing insights and solutions to clients.
- Evangelise buying techniques and build new business opportunities, selling to clients at all levels.
- Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer networks and drive publisher revenue.
- Educate and train clients on hirify.global product solutions and inventory launches.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in digital media, with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of programmatic advertising.
- A sales-oriented mindset and focus on identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to pitch and deliver presentations to key stakeholders at all levels.
- An ability to be analytical and use data to drive better decisions.
- Professionalism and the capacity to react well under pressure.
