What you will do

• Design scalable software solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sites.

• Ensure the successful delivery of robust and innovative HR technology products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a SW Architect or Tech Lead with a background in software development and coding (C#, .NET, Java).
• Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and modeling tools.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, databases, integration tools, microservices, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java.
• Experience with micro-service ecosystems.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• A track record of successful project delivery.
