Implementation Manager (Europe)

hirify.global is a post-purchase platform that helps brands manage the post-purchase experience.

What you will do

• Be the technical owner of the customer’s onboarding experience, helping them to uplevel their Post-Purchase Operations Experience.
• Create a detailed launch plan with the Customer Success Manager and present it to the customer.
• Define how the required data is transferred and guide the customer on ingesting the data the best way.
• Configure the solution to fit the defined outcomes and advise the customer on communication flows.
• Proactively identify possibilities to develop the product further and demonstrate the business value of the opportunity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding or Technical Project Management for SaaS products.
• Outstanding experience in project, stakeholder and expectation management.
• Tech-savvy and interested in learning new technical skills.
• Basic understanding of a scripting language, like JavaScript, Python or Bash, and ideally HTML.

Nice to have

• Experience/ understanding of how e-commerce and last-mile logistics work.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German is a plus
