What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hirify.global-hosted events, webinars, workshops, and third-party events (in-person & virtual).
• Manage all event logistics: scheduling, registration, vendors, shipping, booth materials, and travel.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop supporting materials.
• Own event calendars, timelines, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate speaking opportunities and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in event planning, marketing operations, or sales support roles.
• Organized & Detail oriented: you thrive on structure, deadlines.
• Logistics master: you know what it takes to make an event run smoothly from start to finish.
• Communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative & Proactive: comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking initiative.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of clinical trials, life sciences, health innovation, regulated B2B sectors or B2B SaaS industries.
