Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Providing technical, business, and administrative support for resource management and contractual actions within the OCIO of PAE Fires. Focus on detailed business process analysis, managing electronic device accounts, and ensuring timely completion of staff action tasks.

Location: Fully onsite in Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal). 0%-10% travel possible.

What you will do

• Perform detailed analyses of business processes and define functional requirements for IT support organizations.
• Develop both technical and business documentation for internal and external requirements.
• Support senior management with business, technical, and staff action tasks, ensuring timely completion.
• Assist the government RM Team with contractual requirements, market research, and funding setup/requests.
• Manage up to 1800 government personal electronic devices and associated accounts.
• Coordinate with POCs, audit Verizon accounts, establish new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for iPhone users, and support realignment efforts.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of office management experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Process-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Problem-solving, flexibility, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance Level.
• Must be able to drive (for device pickup/delivery).
