What you will do

• Facilitate agile processes and team communication.
• Ensure team information is structured, up to date, and accurately reflected in Jira.
• Support the on-time delivery of planned work.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers.
• Prepare and support PI planning activities.
• Align with implementation and system teams.
• Support the transition from design into implementation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments.
• Very strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with design or product teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Structured, team-oriented working style.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programs.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Automotive & HMI Experience (such as Android Automotive OS, infotainment, navigation, ADAS, connected services, mobility).
