What you will do

• Develop and execute a global partnerships and business development strategy aligned with hirify.global’s mission and growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with fashion brands, luxury retailers, e-commerce platforms, and technology providers.
• Drive revenue and new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of deals that contribute to user growth and platform adoption.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with partner executives and stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison for key partners.
• Build and lead the partnerships/BD team from the ground up in Europe, mentoring direct reports and fostering a results-driven culture.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to align partnership initiatives with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles within the fashion, technology, or e-commerce industries.
• Proven track record of building and executing partnership strategies that drive growth and personally closing high-value deals.
• Deep understanding of the fashion and/or retail landscape, with insight into how emerging AI, AR/VR technologies are transforming the industry.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen, able to craft win-win agreements and navigate complex deal discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, having hired, managed, and mentored team members.
• Strategic big-picture thinking paired with a hands-on, startup mindset, comfortable with fast pace and ambiguity.
