Salary: $201,900.00 - $301,800.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Insighters, setting priorities and promoting continuous improvement.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and VAL Tac leadership to shape strategy and monitor performance.
• Oversee prioritization of Insights efforts across the Competitive Area.
• Frame and execute validation strategies, define key KPIs, and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor and grow Insighters, championing craft standards and strategic problem-solving.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in research, analytics, data-driven strategy, or related fields, with at least 2+ years of managing teams.
• Working knowledge of both analytics and research, with 5+ years specializing in at least one.
• Ability to translate complex insights into strategic recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience synthesizing results and distilling them into impactful recommendations for product leadership.
• Understanding of matchmaking and competitive systems used in multiplayer games.

Nice to have

• Experience working with game teams through the entire lifecycle of the product.
• Vendor management experience.
