What you will do
- Optimize processes and identify business inefficiencies where AI agents can drive performance improvement.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior and systems integration.
- Lead UAT/QA, coordinate testing, manage phased rollouts, and conduct technical troubleshooting for deployments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams for seamless AI tool integration.
- Build comprehensive enablement materials and deliver training programs for AI solution adoption.
- Continuously monitor AI system performance, resolve gaps, and optimize KPIs using data analysis and custom queries.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, sales ops, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing tools or technologies.
- Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, manage projects, and drive change.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and translate business needs.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and passion for staying current with AI advancements.
