What you will do

• Optimize processes and identify business inefficiencies where AI agents can drive performance improvement.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior and systems integration.
• Lead UAT/QA, coordinate testing, manage phased rollouts, and conduct technical troubleshooting for deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams for seamless AI tool integration.
• Build comprehensive enablement materials and deliver training programs for AI solution adoption.
• Continuously monitor AI system performance, resolve gaps, and optimize KPIs using data analysis and custom queries.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in sales, sales ops, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing tools or technologies.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to influence without authority, manage projects, and drive change.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and translate business needs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and passion for staying current with AI advancements.
