What you will do

• Resolve application incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle user service requests such as configuration changes and access management.
• Develop and deploy small-scale changes in .NET applications.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for supported applications, documenting workflows and providing training.
• Collaborate with LATAM business teams, gather requirements, and clarify issues.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Experience with SQL Server for troubleshooting and query optimization.
• Familiarity with IIS, Windows Services, Azure App Services.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines) and ITIL processes.
• Portuguese (mandatory) to support Brazil-based users.
• English proficiency required for collaboration and documentation.
