What you will do

• Build and maintain IT infrastructure and tech stack that scales with hirify.global’s rapid growth.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Own and mature our identity strategy, implementing secure, scalable access controls.
• Provide technical support to employees globally across hardware, software, networking, and IT tools.
• Administer and optimize our SaaS application stack, managing provisioning, access controls, and lifecycle management.
• Deliver great onboarding experiences for new hires.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering and systems administration.
• Expert-level proficiency with Okta and Okta Workflows.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods.
• Ability to build meaningful automations that reduce manual work and improve IT operations.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, switching, wireless, LAN/WAN).
